Nobody in Lucid's management is ignorant of a classroom. We have qualified backgrounds within both primary and secondary schools, with experience in educational senior leadership. Our tutors all share the same enthusiasm for effective teaching.

Director

Harry has a Diploma in Education, completing the Teach First programme after leaving the University of Cambridge with an MA. He founded Lucid Learner with a belief in research-based pedagogy.

Partner


Luó Ju leads the customer service team, liaising with clients to provide support and organise the lesson calendars for both tutors and students. She has wide experience within the private sector and education,

Senior Tutor


Emily Turner is an English Head of Department within the secondary school system. As a senior member of staff, she has designed curricula for a range of year groups. At Lucid, she leads the ongoing training and support of new tutors.
